Administration

All of our jobs begin and end with our Administration staff. Like the expert trades people in our plant, our Administration staff are focused on customer satisfaction. They are a diverse team, made up of a nice mix of young and old, male and female - all working together toward customer satisfaction.

As a customer, your first contact with Kromar Printing will probably be through one of our Sales Representatives. Our sales staff is very knowledgeable in all aspects of sheet fed offset printing. They are supported by our team of Estimators, whose goal is to give the customer the best pricing possible.

Once an order has been placed, a job docket is written up and given to our schedulers, who determine the production time-frames for the various operations required for each job. The job then enters the production process, which operates on a two-shift basis which expands to seven days per week as determined by the customers' requirements.

Kromar is fully computerized, using software designed especially for the graphic arts industry. Jobs can be tracked through various stages of production, and our Administration staff is always available to our customers with this information.
Once a job is completed, our Administration staff generates the paperwork necessary to finalize the job and invoice the customer.

Throughout the entire printing process, our Administration staff is available to our customers for any inquiries they might have. We can be contacted by mail, phone, fax, and by e-mail; whichever is most convenient for our customers.

Customer Service

Kromar Printing Ltd. is dedicated to providing not only quality products, but excellent customer service. We don't just want customers, we want satisfied customers. To this end, our entire operation is geared to meeting the needs of our customers.

Our customer is initially introduced to our company by one of our experienced sales representatives. These representatives have a thorough knowledge of offset printing, which will definitely benefit our customers. They are totally committed to providing the customer with any assistance required, from conception to completion of their printing project.

The personnel in our plant are also available to our customers. This includes our management team right through to our shipping department. Experts in every phase of production are just a phone call away, ready to answer any questions our customers might have regarding their project.

Delivery, to the destination of choice, is accomplished in the most expeditious manner possible. Whether by ground or air, local or long distance, our capabilities are all-inclusive.

Winnipeg's role as a strategic transportation hub affords our customers easy and efficient delivery by air, rail and road throughout North America and abroad. Indeed, Winnipeg Airport is one of a handful of such facilities in operation 24 hours a day.
