Printing production is essentially a linear process that, in broad terms, proceeds from type, to film, to press, and to bindery.

As a project progresses through our plant along this production path there are often dozens of points at which a critical transfer of material is made from person to person. And each of these advancing transfers becomes a point of quality assessment and validation before the linear process proceeds. Thus, even the work of outmost highly-regarded and senior specialists is subject to the acceptance of the next person along the production path.

We clearly recognize that quality is a shared responsibility, and that the excellence of our product is truly the product of our quality workforce.
Our staff of 125 has been carefully recruited, as much for the qualifications they initially bring to us, as well as for the capacity they demonstrate to learn further and expand upon these qualifications. A work-force that is comprised of quality individuals who strive for excellence and are eager to accept additional challenge is the sound basis of the stability of our Company.

At Kromar Printing, 67% of our workforce has been employed with us for over 5 years, 12% for more than 15 years, 7% for more than 20 years, and 5% have been with us for more than 30 years.
